BoatSafe approved Marine Drivers Courses are conducted in Tin Can Bay on weekends.
Weekday courses and other locations can be arranged for groups of 3 or more. Phone and email enquries are welcome.
Come and feed the famous Tin Can Bay dolphins every morning at 8.00, and be ready for the boat licence training at 8.30. Our training room is only 50 metres away from the dolphin feeding site on absolute water front.
We are situated at Norman Point right on the banks of Snapper Creek, in between Coast Guard and the Yacht Club. Parking is available within metres of the training centre.
Our purpose built Polycraft training vessel is easy to drive. It is extremely buoyant and seaworthy, and provides a comfortable, quiet and soft ride in the beautiful waters of Tin Can Inlet and The Great Sandy Straits. Tours can be arranged by prior arrangement.
The smooth waters inside Fraser Island have an abundance of dolphins, dugong and turtles, and all are regularly seen during our on board practical assessment.
The jet ski provided for the PWC practical assessment is a dry and comfortable Yamaha Waverunner FX160.
Our comprehensive training course is easy to follow, and is designed to accommodate everyone, from the first time boatie to the experienced seaman wanting a bit more.
No previous experience is required. Come and enjoy the relaxed and informative environment of Allstate Boat Licensing and Training in Tin Can Bay.
Large groups, schools, and clubs can be accommodated with multiple qualified instructors provided to suit.
